Our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your Amazing Hair purchase. If, for any reason, you decide your item isn't quite right, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility  

To uphold our commitment to hygiene and product quality, we require that:

  • The item is returned in its original, unused, and pristine condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories remain included.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, our dedicated team is here to assist you:

  • Initiate Your Return: Please contact our Customer Experience team at sales@amazinghair.com.au to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Provide your original order number and the reason for your return.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for change of mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Amazing Hair cannot be responsible for any lost return shipments.

  • Processing Your Exchange: For exchanges, once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will promptly dispatch your new item. There is no additional shipping charge to the customer when the new item for exchange is sent back.

  • Processing Your Refund: For refunds, once your returned item is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Important Exceptions

  • Items showing signs of use, styling, washing, or damage not attributed to Amazing Hair.
  • Returns initiated beyond the 30-day policy window.

Australian Consumer Law & Faulty Items

While it is exceptionally rare for an Amazing Hair product to be faulty due to our rigorous quality checks, we want to assure you that your rights under Australian Consumer Law are always upheld. If you believe an item you have received is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately. In such cases, Amazing Hair will fully honour its obligations, which include:

  • Covering all associated costs for the return, including return shipping.

  • Providing a refund or replacement as per your consumer rights and the nature of the fault. Your peace of mind is paramount, and we are committed to resolving any genuine issues swiftly and transparently, in line with your rights as an Australian consumer.
