Dispatch Times

We pride ourselves on efficient service and swift dispatch:

  • All orders placed before 1 PM AEST on a business day will be dispatched on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia

Enjoy premium delivery directly to your door:

  • Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $150 AUD.

  • For orders under $150 AUD, a flat rate of $15 AUD applies.

  • Expect to receive your order within 1–5 business days for metropolitan areas, and 3-10 business days for regional locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and local courier services.

International Shipping (Global)

Amazing Hair is delighted to ship our premium products to anywhere in the world!

  • For all international orders, a flat rate of $30 AUD applies.

  • Global orders typically arrive within 7–28 business days. Please note that this timeframe can vary based on your country's customs processing and local delivery services.

A Quick Note on International Shipping Restrictions:

Kindly be aware that due to international shipping regulations, some products (classified as dangerous goods, such as aerosols or certain liquids) cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your order contains such items, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Authority To Leave (ATL)

For your convenience, our courier service often delivers during business hours. We highly recommend providing an address where you or a trusted individual can accept delivery.

If you opt to provide Authority To Leave (ATL) your parcel unattended at the delivery address, please be advised that Amazing Hair cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft that may occur after the courier has delivered the package. By selecting ATL, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the goods once they have been left at the designated location.

Customs & Importation Fees (International Orders)

Amazing Hair ships all international orders directly from Australia. Please be advised that any costs incurred once your order has left Australia – including but not limited to shipping tax, importation tax, customs duties, or customs clearance fees – are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Amazing Hair will not be held liable for these additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees before placing your order.
